The Rules of ERG Engagement Tour Refund Policy

Refund Policy Overview:

  • 30 Days or More Before the Event: Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the tour stop date. We understand life happens, and we want to be as flexible as possible.

  • 15 to 29 Days Before the Event: If you find yourself unable to attend and it's between 15 to 29 days before the event, we can offer a 50% refund. This helps us manage our event commitments while still accommodating unexpected changes in your plans.

  • 14 Days or Less Before the Event: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds 14 days or less before the event. However, we're happy to transfer your ticket to another individual of your choosing, allowing someone else to benefit from the tour. Please contact us to arrange a ticket transfer.

  • No-Shows: Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows. We encourage you to reach out in advance if you know you can't make it, to explore your options.

Special Circumstances: We understand that extraordinary circumstances (such as severe illness or family emergencies) may prevent attendance. Please reach out to us directly to discuss options. We'll handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, aiming to find a fair resolution.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please email us with your ticket details. Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days, and funds returned to the original payment method.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that The Rules of ERG Engagement Tour is canceled, all attendees will receive a full refund within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement.
